Responsibilities

• Work closely with project managers, end users, and subject matter experts to understand process requirements and associated systems

• Progress monitor and report on the effectiveness of RPAs

• Support investigation and remediation of production issues

Qualifications

Position Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for providing full life cycle deal support to the Venture sales team, developing social media and marketing communications, and identifying new, innovative ways to promote the company’s available service offerings.

Essential Job Functions for this Position:

  • Lead marketing efforts for lines of business that report to Executive Vice President of Growth and Business Development by making decisions regarding marketing strategy, design of marketing materials, and purchasing of marketing materials.
  • Lead brand integrity efforts through website and social media content ownership. Responsible for creating, pitching, and delivering all web and social media content. This will include the ability to make decisions on what content to publish, when to publish, what channels to use, etc.
  • Own Venture’s customer relationship management (CRM) enterprise solution, Salesforce, ensuring the company’s ability to track sales leads, coordinate quotes, manage customer accounts and provide best in class customer support. Responsible for all project management of any/all Salesforce system upgrades and for proposing system updates/modifications as necessary. Also responsible for running reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations on improvements to sales efforts. Support and train field Sales Leaders on how to utilize the CRM when needed. Analyze data in order to recommend changes to pricing models.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to develop key performance indicators across customer base and ensure a regular schedule is established to monitor sales performance as well as ensure reporting compliance.
  • Serve as the company interface with our external marketing vendors ; supporting the planning, preparation and delivery of content for publication and sharing across different media channels including social media posts, email, newsletters, and merchandise. Work autonomously with external marketing vendor and make decision regarding company branded material, social media content, website updates, etc.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of customer presentations.
  • Conduct market research and define goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels.
    Work directly with Sales and department leaders to identify marketing and advertising opportunities and develop a framework for a strong market strategy.

Other Significant Job Functions Include:

  • Technology Focus – Will be responsible the ownership of the enterprise Customer Relationship Management System in addition to having responsibilities to develop and support a suite of digital sales and marketing platforms.
